Bizonyára mondtak, már neked olyanokat, mint például "hozd ki a legtöbbet magadból", "használj ki mindent az életben", "éld az életet a legteljesebben", "élvezd az életet amennyire csak tudod", "Örülj az életnek", stb. Jelentésben nagyon közel vannak egymáshoz, és mindenki mást ért rajtuk. Egy biztos: örülni, élvezni, beteljesíteni, élni, kihasználni, megragadni, teljesen élni, stb. csak "most" lehet és csak tudatosan lehet. Tehát, tudatosan és most.

Az alapvető kihívás
A múlt és jövő illúzió, nincs ott semmi, se élet, se teremtés! Mégis, gondolataink a leginkább e két dimenzióban vannak és ugrálnak e kettő között ellenőrizetlenül és kényszeresen. Azaz, észrevétlenül (figyelmünket és éberségünket elaltatva) tartjuk magunkat távol jelenvalónktól, az egyetlen valós dimenziótól. Cipeljük saját magunk (egónk) által kreált szenvedés és fájdalom csomagjait negatív érzelmek formájában és vetítjük ki a jövőre, másokra, elképzelt helyzetekre. Ilyenkor a harag, szomorúság, fájdalom, félelem és stressz a mi valóságunk, elvesztegetett energiákkal, potenciállal, élettel.
Az elvonulás célja
Figyelmünket, éberségünket az "itt és most"-ban tartani, megtalálni az örömöt és békét ezekben a pillanatokban és velük maradni. Ez is egy teremtés, saját magadnak. A tudatosan és éberen megélt pillanat, annyira "spirituális" és "isteni" minőségű amennyire csak lehet. Bármi, amit teszel, érzel vagy gondolsz, ha azt éber figyelemmel teszed (tudod, hogy tudod), valamint amikor mindezt tudatosítod is (tudod hogy tudod, hogy tudod), a legjobb és legtöbb amit magadért tehetsz. Ez a figyelmi és megfigyelő állapot a béke és öröm forrása. Ezután kezd majd életenergiád is hozzásimulni ahhoz amit észlelsz, érzel és ez a harmónia lehet a boldogság vagy akár eksztatikus tapasztalások forrása. Magasabb energiaszinten jelentősen javul az egészséged, kreativitásod és teremtőerőd.
Mit csinálsz az elvonulás alatt?
Először is az elvonulás rólad, és csak rólad szól. Ez azt jelenti, hogy egyszerre egy, kivételes esetekben maximum két résztvevős az elvonulás.
Az elvonuláson testreszabott feladatokat és gyakorlatokat végzünk annak elősegítésére, hogy tudatos figyelmed és koncentrációd javuljon, éberséged, figyelmed a jelenben maradjon. Ilyen gyakorlatok például a koncentrációs- és légzőgyakorlatok, meditáció, játékok, illetve bármilyen tevékenység amit szeretnél és ami a helyszínen végrehajtható. A lényeg az, hogy a jelenben maradj, azzal maradj amit éppen csinálsz. Abban segítek, hogy folyamatosan a jelenben tartsd magad. Minél többet és hosszabban vagy "itt és most", annál gyorsabban és mélyebben kezdenek átalakulni (negatív) gondolati mintáid és azok kémiája. Egyre nő képességed a benned lévő potenciál kihasználására.

(17) About thoughts and awareness
It is your awareness and thoughts that drive the process. You create your reality with the thoughts where your awareness goes. This happens in two ways: either your subjugate your awareness and thoughts to ego games or you follow the path of conscious choices.
If you wish to master your life, you need to master your awareness and your thoughts first. Researchers say that, for all of us, 95% of our thoughts are repetitive (i.e. used in the previous day), only 5% are consciously chosen. Unconscious thoughts are those that come and go without any acknowledgement. This flow of thoughts is indeed compulsive: we let our awareness to flow between past and future unnoticed let alone unchallenged.
(18) The fundamental challenge
When thoughts are compulsive, we let our awareness to be used by our ego (our false identity). This means that our awareness constantly travels in the realm of past and future, keeping us out of the present moment, our only reality.
Past and future are mere illusions, there is nothing there, no life, no creation. Yet, most of our attention goes there. Either we carry the emotional baggage of ego-created suffering and pain or live through great deal of stress and fear from imagined future situations. This way, pain, suffering, stress and fear will be our reality, our energies are wasted, our potential not realized.
(19) How to manage this challenge?
Our only reality is our awareness and consciousness. Only the present moment (“here and now”) exists. Life, creation, joy, bliss, etc. are only in the "now".
The way to go is to keep our awareness, thoughts, attention in the present moment. How? With the process of concentration, acknowledgment, letting go and returning.
Concentration is the key to many things, such as meditation...
Concentration is our undivided attention given to a chosen thought, object, breath, sound, body sensation, let’s call it one "thing". The process goes like this:
(a) concentrate on ONE thing,
(b) acknowledge when an uninvited/ unchosen thing comes,
(c) welcome the uninvited thing, stay with it and, when ready, gently let it go and,
(d) return to the point of attention of your concentration.
Steady attention and concentration are the factors that are critical to realizing our potential. Concentration is a skill an everyone can acquire this skill. Attention can be kept in the "now" we need to keep it here consciously. Do not fight or resist thoughts that come during concentration. Gently welcome, accept the thoughts and let them go.

Ideally, you and you only. The Retreat is meant to be focused on you. In special cases, if the first booking participant agrees, I would accept one more individual, that is, two at a time. The acceptable variation of participation looks like this:

(21) About my role and the idea that drives the retreat
From the moment of your awakening, your inner path and inner growth are unique and individual. Why? Because your life experiences are unique and individual. The idea is that you are the best master and guru for yourself. When you keep seeking your path, surely, you find the one that is best fitting for your inner growth.
On this basis, my main role is a facilitator role. This means that I make sure that your wishes, as to the activities and exercises, and the retreat as a whole, are fulfilled. This also means that I make your stay as peaceful, relaxed, comfortable and spiritual as I can.
I may fulfil other roles in order to best serve the goal that you set for yourself. For instance, I may serve as a cook, a conversation/ Q&A partner, a guide for exercises, a coach, a mentor, etc. It is largely up to you (and I).
Note:
As mentioned above, your best master and guru is yourself. Therefore, the room for verbal explanations, convincing a logical mind will be rather limited. Having said this, I shall refrain from any sort of direct advice as to what to do or not to do, particularly, if not asked or your question is unclear. Your way towards the present moment is completely and uniquely yours to find. However, it is my role to share my experiences and to show how others do. Just ask for it.
(20) Beyond concentration
Good concentration is the entry point to manifesting our desires. With concentration, we can keep our consciousness and awareness in the present moment. When we connect a positive thought (feeling joyful) with positive emotion (love, compassion) and positive life energy (pleasure, bliss, ecstasy) we made a great step towards manifestation. We may call this process a meditation...
We are at our best when in a meditative state, fully present, concentrated, and relaxed, distanced from our ego state. In an aware state we connect with and pay attention to our inner nature of who we really are.
The use of positive affirmations, as a practice, contributes to reprogramming of our subconscious, erase our self-limiting beliefs.

(26) Length of duration for the Retreat
Our path is unique, our sense of time is unique. There is no fix duration. You exactly know for how long you wish to stay.
My suggestion regarding the duration is a range of minimum 1 full day to 3 full days. A half-day session is the shortest that I can accept, and this will be like a recharge session.
(27) Food and drinks
First of all, I have no judgment as to the type of food you like and eat.
When we arrange the retreat I shall provide a list of menus to choose from. You let me know your preference and I purchase the ingredients. Three meals per day is included in the price.
Drinks, such as water, tea, coffee, fruit juice will be available at the site and are included in the price.
Note, that no alcohol will be available during the Retreat. Consumption of alcohol is a deal-breaker.

Arrival would be around 16:00.
(22) What do you get for your money?
The price may seem a bit high but you actually get quite a lot for the money you pay; the value-for-money factor is quite high. Let's see.
(1) Environment
You are located at a Cottage at the Danube River, a peaceful, calm and relaxed environment, particularly during weekdays and during off-season. The silence and the environment is just perfect for the purpose of the retreat. No disturbance factor.
(2) Location
The Cottage is 35 km away from the Capital, easily and quickly accessible, yet, far enough for a retreat.
(3) Privacy
You enjoy undisturbed peace and privacy during the retreat. This is to the extent of letting you be just on-your-own during the entire duration of the retreat, if that is your wish. This would be my pure facilitator role. A perfect solution for masters and those advanced in meditation.
(4) Access to all amenities of the property

(5) Three meals per day and freshly squeezed fruitjuice
The meals will be as per your wishes and preferences.
